Videotaped Depositions

Video depositions have become an invaluable legal tool when a foreign witness is not available to attend trial in the US. Taping the testimony will preserve the record for future litigation needs.

Our personnel are familiar with the appropriate legal and security protocols for US Embassies abroad and the rules for obtaining first rate legal video.

Depositions, interviews and location video are conducted by a Legal Video Specialist following the U.S. Government's Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The screen image is time stamped in real time for integrity (date/time - hour/minute/second).
